DUPLICATE
In the book I have been writing since our ethereal sojourn/retreat in Spain for twelve years the hero moves across duplicate religious themes to investigate the possibility of such things as levitation and bilocation, multilocation or of being in two places at once.

In this little continuation from The Expert we will go into the way a word in our dictionary means different things to different folks.

It seems to be in vogue at present, to look for one’s soul mate. This puts up immediate vibrations to me of disappointment, as I see so many young people who tried their best to find their ideal partner whom they thought was so like them, in every way that they would be the soul mate of their dreams.

Often though I would see them go through all the rigmarole of courtship, when lets face it, they have to allow for the fact that they need to become vulnerable, followed by the expense of marriage and setting up a home together after even a sensible or an impulsive whirlwind romance to find total disappointment as it all comes crashing down around them. Some will make the best of a bad job, but it does invariably mean that they have, no way realised their desires and parting is the only way forward.

How is that possible?
After all, they had been through a lot together, all the joint plans and decisions they had made for their dream home and a course set for a wonderful future?

This is dangerous ground to walk, but as one of my tutors once surprisingly remarked, I was not one to hold back and would often go where angels fear to tread. Looking back, I have often wondered where I got the guts and the energy to take a sudden turn or to stray off the accepted path, often when faced with total opposition by the ones that were in power at that time, being as I am a timid sort of person and not fond of confrontation.

The flaw in the search for a soulmate is in the basic task that we set ourselves.

We must go way back to the time when the Divinity which I Love and love to call the Logos decided to recreate itself in order to spread its love. In so doing it was able from its own central energy source to produce energies similar to itself in multiple duplicates and without depleting itself in any way.

Rather like the bonfire on Guy Fawkes night when sparks from the fire, fly off into the night sky. We have seen recently from the wildfires in Australia that it only takes a tiny spark to ignite a continent!

Let us call each spark from the Logos a Soul, and to facilitate any journey that a Soul might make, and bearing in mind that the Soul is not in form but a spiritual entity, on its travel to any point in the universe it was given a duplicate of itself which we must call a Soul Mate.

You can now see that that position is already taken since we all have a Soul, without which we would not exist, and therefore we all have a Soul Mate, and this time it truly is a twin of the Soul not like a human twin but completely identical in every single spiritual aspect.

Because the Soul becomes a Silent Witness when it enters the body it is, confined to the body and not in spirit for the duration, but the Soul Mate remains in spirit to watch over every aspect of the life beginning and continuing until that life is completed, and the Soul Mates are reunited, with every nuance of that life within them.

Completed because every life has a purpose, whether it is for its Soul’s own experience or for the experience, altruistically of those in form around the child from its birth onwards, however long or short, in human terms that is expected or at the end judged to be.

Many aspects of spirituality overlap, due mainly I suspect to our lack of vocabulary once we leave physicality. It is therefore more than possible that repetitions and duplications will occur especially in a piece like this.

But that only makes me wonder about and question certain so-called miracles that happen on this planet today, when impossibility becomes possibility. Such as, how does one account for the effective hands-on healing or immersion in a healing pool that works and how do those ways together with people like Charismatic healers achieve such amazing results? How can the Tibetan monks dressed only in cold water-soaked thin robes survive a night sitting in the ice cave inside a glacier and not feel the cold? How are Crop Circles made?

There will be many more miracles of your own experience and begging for understanding I am sure. Having spent many years with mediums and healers of all kinds I understand a little about healing, channelling, automatic writing and drawing and I am still learning and wondering. The one thing that occurs to me is that I am grateful and privileged to be alive in this amazing world.

With the advent of interest in Mindfulness, coming through from Meditation which I have practiced for years it is heartening to find those of all ages who are beginning to navigate the corridors of consciousness which will surely lead them to the spiritual side of existence.

When we think of First Aid and CPR being brought into schools and I hear of meditation being taught to the young the whole country cannot miss the importance of the breath, of breathing. I know that senior consultants are advocating a form of breathing for improved health and well-being, but more of that next time.
